Data we process
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, e-mail address, telephone number if provided, and the content of your enquiry. The system also processes minimal technical data required for website operation and security.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to review your enquiry, respond to you, and continue the related business communication. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and/or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients and retention
Access is limited to authorised personnel and hosting, technical support, and e-mail providers where necessary to provide the service. We retain data for as long as needed to respond and continue the related communication and, where a contractual or statutory obligation arises, for the applicable period. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing.
