This policy applies specifically to the Solo Invoices desktop application and complements the website’s general privacy policy.

Controller and contact
Solo Invoices is published and maintained by TOPIC SERVICE AD. For application and personal-data questions, contact office@tss.bg.
Local storage
Issuer, customer, product and service, invoice and other document data, settings, attachments, and generated PDFs are stored locally on the user’s computer in application-managed folders.
Solo Invoices has no application-owned cloud database, does not automatically synchronise this data, and contains no hidden telemetry.
Backup, import, and export
Backup and exchange files are created only when requested by the user and at a location selected by the user. The user is responsible for protecting copies, removable media, and transmitted files.
The reset function deletes local working data only after explicit confirmation; creating a backup first is the user’s choice.
Free registration
After the free threshold is reached, the application can prepare a registration request at the user’s request. It contains the product and installation identifiers, issuer legal name and EIK/BULSTAT, the provided email address, and request time.
Invoice contents, customer records, and attachments are not sent with the registration request. The activation code is entered locally.
VIES and exchange rates
When the user explicitly starts a VIES check, the country and VAT number are sent to the European Commission VIES service. When an exchange rate is requested, the application contacts the European Central Bank public source for the selected currency and date.
Invoice contents, customer names, and attachments are not sent during these operations.
Solo Invoices does not send documents through its own SMTP server or cloud mail service. At the user’s request it opens the default mail client with a prepared recipient, subject, and message and shows the PDF for manual attachment.
Subsequent processing is controlled by the selected mail client and its provider.
Retention and rights
The user controls local working-data retention, subject to applicable legal obligations.
